Amazing Teachers & Staff

Tree of Life Early Learning Center’s teachers go through a rigorous hiring process that helps us to make sure they meet our standards of quality and dedication. We are careful to pick the very best to take care of our youngest learner to our oldest Pre-Kindergartener. With our hiring procedure, we are sure to process all state mandated paperwork, such as: FBI background checks, child abuse checks, and previous employer verification.

Each and every one of our staff members complete a full orientation and go through our new employee training program. Lead Teachers are fully certified with the MSDE Office of Childcare for their Preschool Certification. Our teachers are First Aid/CPR certified and there will always be a certified staff member on site that can administer medication. We are sure to equip our teachers with the skills they will need to communicate with families on child development, new resources for the community, and how their little one is doing.
