Our Programs
Providing Diverse Learning Environments
Infants Room & Toddlers
Within our infant and toddler rooms, we can promote child development and learning by:
-
Building strong relationships with each family and creating open lines of communication about development and daily interactions that can be held through our parent communication app AND in person.

-
Making sure that all of our little ones are encouraged to explore the world around them freely (and safely) through hands-on play, sensory experiences, and introducing colorful interesting materials and toys in the classroom.

-
Ensuring that our teachers follow familiar routines that infants and toddlers can feel secure about. In addition, we make sure that we are talking and building language during the day with all of our babies. Most of all we pay attention to our infant and toddler signals and sounds to assist with their communication for needs and wants.
Early Pre-School
Our EPS program will promote child development and learning by:

-
Ensuring our teachers build strong and positive bonds with young ones to be confident enough to explore the world around them during sensory experiences and trying new learning activities.

-
Implementing hands on learning activity and play. Little ones learn best when they are able to use all five senses during the process. This is very important for problem solving for their future and schooling.

-
Cultivating a warm and welcoming classroom that encourages development. Our teachers can support this by acknowledging their student's efforts, offering new suggestions and ideas with their students that help build new knowledge, and through observing, documenting and evaluating each student to help decide what experiences to give next.
Preschool
Our preschool program will cultivate a classroom of learning and development by:

-
Making sure that our teachers use student interest to help introduce new words and concepts and apply curriculum and lesson plans by the Nationally Accredited Curriculum Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum and Trueway Kids Christian Curriculum.

-
Helping our students express themselves through the creative arts. Our teachers plan an environment that can support a preschooler's ability to be creative with expression and communication.

-
Continuing to keep in communication with parents and families to discuss observations, documentation of learning, and evaluations of each student to continue learning at home!
Pre-Kindergarten
Our PreK program will get your student ready for school and the next steps in their development and learning by:

-
Implementing whole group and small group instruction each and every day from the Nationally Accredited Curriculum Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum and Maryland's Kindergarten Readiness guidelines. We will make sure that each child gets to experience and experiment with manipulatives/loose parts, activities and lessons, and items that can help link new connections to build on previous knowledge.

-
Continuing to nurture child creativity by expression through the arts, music, and language learning.

-
Promoting family involvement through daily updates on our family app and parent-teacher conferences. When parents and families are able to collaborate with teachers/caregivers, we can promote a love of learning for each and every child!
